Patient data

Patient data is saved on the clinic desktop, in the app’s offline database. Schedules, orders, usage, and the rest of the clinic file stay on that PC.

Password reset

The app collects user information only when someone uses reset password. It uses that information to verify they are a legitimate user of the app. After that check, they receive a one-time code by email. The code expires after 10 minutes. The new password is saved on the desktop.

This website

The contact form sends the name, email, and message you type to support@dialysisscheduler.com, so we can reply. A customer account stores the name, email, and password you choose, so you can sign in for a trial and downloads. Patient data is not part of that account.
