Terms and conditions

These terms cover use of Dialysis Scheduler, the Windows clinic app, and the subscriptions sold for it.

Trial

The trial is free for 14 days.

Subscriptions

After the trial, paid use is a subscription. Payment is through PayPal or Zelle. Email support@dialysisscheduler.com for current monthly and annual pricing. Each plan keeps billing until you cancel.

Unsubscribe / Cancellation

Cancel from your account Subscription menu, or email support@dialysisscheduler.com. Billing stops at the end of the period you already paid. The app stays available until that remaining time is finished.

Refunds

Request a refund within 30 days from your account Subscription menu, or email support. Refunds are handled manually and completed within 24 hours. The subscription stops, the payment is returned by the same method you used, and the app is no longer available. The full policy is on the refund page.

Payments

Orders are paid directly through PayPal or Zelle. Customer questions and refunds go to support@dialysisscheduler.com.
