Refund policy

Paid Dialysis Scheduler subscriptions are paid through PayPal or Zelle. The 14-day trial is free.

Ask for a refund

Request a refund within 30 days: sign in to your account, open the Subscription menu, and use the refund button. You can also email support@dialysisscheduler.com. There is no item to send back.

Refunds are handled manually and completed within 24 hours. When the refund is granted, the subscription stops, the payment is returned by the same method you used, and the app is no longer available.

Unsubscribe / Cancellation

Cancel from your account Subscription menu, or email support@dialysisscheduler.com. Billing stops at the end of the period you already paid. The app stays available until that remaining time is finished.
